Greenwood Dyslexia Center (“we”, “us”) provides dyslexia evaluations, tutoring and classes from our office at 6059 S. Quebec St. #100, Centennial, CO 80111. This policy explains what personal information we collect through greenwooddyslexia.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out our contact or inquiry form, you may give us a parent’s name, email address and phone number, and your student’s name, age, grade, school district, IEP or 504 plan details and other notes you choose to share. We use this only to answer your request, schedule services and support your student.
Registration and client login. New-student registration and the tutoring client login are provided by TutorBird. Information you enter there is handled by TutorBird under its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and hosting provider record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. With your consent, we also use website statistics (Jetpack Stats) to understand which pages are useful.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work and to remember your cookie choices. Other cookies, including statistics, embedded Google Maps and review widgets, are only used if you allow them in our cookie banner. You can change your choices at any time using the cookie settings button at the bottom of the screen. See our Cookie Policy for details.
