The class will teach you how the dyslexic brain is different from a neurotypical brain without getting bogged down in a lot of medical terminology. It will answer your questions about why reading and spelling are so difficult for your child, when they may excel in other areas.
This 75 minute class will help parents understand what dyslexia is and why Orton Gillingham based instruction is so important. Most importantly this class is designed for parents not for educators. The class is taught by a dyslexia therapist with over 20 years of experience working with students of all ages.
